A young law school graduate reportedly met his death in one of the most bizarre and painful ways ever possible.
The young man, Akhigbe Nuel Odiase who is a graduate of the Ambrose Ali University in Nigeria's Edo state died after falling from a danfo (commercial vehicle), what is commonly known as 'trotro' in Ghana.
According to reports gathered by YEN.com.gh, the freak accident happened late in the evening of Monday, April 15, 2019.
Akhigbe was said to be travelling along LASU-ISHERI road in Lagos when he fell from the car sustaining severe head injuries.
Some eyewitnesses helped in taking him to a nearby hospital where he was given first aid treatment.
Looking at the severity of his injuries, Akhigbe was referred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital on the same night for further and better treatment but he passed out from there and never recovered.
The news of the death of Akhigbe who had also completed law school with flying colours and waiting to be called to the bar has got many on social media in tears as exhibited in the reactions below:
Akhigbe, originally from Ekpoma in Edo state, was in Lagos for his youth service.
