- Don Little said many movie producers have failed to pay him after shooting
- He said he was sometimes fortunate to have been given just transportation fares
- The diminutive actor said he is really struggling and has gone completely bankrupt
Diminutive Kumawood actor Don Little has complained that almost all the movie producers he worked with have failed to pay him.
He described the situation as being “used and dumb” by the producers plunging him into dire financial crisis.
Don Little also said he is virtually bankrupt now, and even money for his daily upkeep has been a problem.
This was gathered in an interview he had with ZionFelix.
According to Don Little, sometimes, he was fortunate to be given only transportation back home after shooting a movie.
He revealed that anytime he tried to complain about the unfair treatment, the producers told him to be patient and grateful because “Agya Koo and Akrobeto went through the same line to get to fame”.
He disclosed further that the more he complained, the more he was threatened to be cut from subsequent productions, but that is having a toll on his finances.
“If they call you for a movie role and you go, they only give you fare [transportation]. If you speak they will tell you that even Agya Koo and Akrobeto have gone through similar ordeals” Don Little lamented.
“They drag their feet when you request for payment for work done and threaten to cut you out of subsequent productions if you insist on getting your due,” he added sadly.
“I have nothing; people see me and think I have money but I don’t have anything,” Don Little cried out.
He further revealed his source of survival as comedian Funny Face.
The actor has been in the news recently following a revelation he made that his parents left him in the bush when he was a little child.
