Popular Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has revealed that some actors and actresses are indebted to boutique owners due to social media pressure.
Kwaku Manu has blamed bloggers and social media users, claiming that they have given actors and actresses so much pressure.
According to the comic actor, some movie industry persons and artistes are pressured to dress flashy because of the numerous footage being snapped at events.
In a short video that was posted on the Instagram page of Nkonkonsa.com, Kwaku Manu was seen expressing his sentiments about how celebrities appear at events due to pressure.
“Due to some of this dressing expectations, many actors and actresses are owing at boutiques,” he revealed.
“Because they know when they come for a program, bloggers will use the camera to snap their entire dress from top to the shoes,” he added.
Kwaku Manu went on to state that most of these actors who feel pressured about dressing expectations either go and borrow the dress or hire it.

In the video, he sarcastically asked Nkonkonsa and other bloggers to stop filming dresses in a way that will put pressure on celebrities like they do now.
