In an interview with Accra-based radio station Hitz FM, Socrates Sarfo expressed his disappointment at how managing artistes has become a tough task.

He further revealed that investing in artistes is not a good option for businessmen since the artistes are likely to turn and rain insults on their investors.

Socrates explained that artistes may arrogantly tend to show hostile attitudes toward their benefactors when he or she does not meet their expectations.

Socrates' claim followed a comment made by rapper E.L concerning his decision not to invest in Ghanaian artistes.

E.L in his comments disclosed that a lot of young artistes come up to him but he has decided not to invest in any of them.

According to him, he does not want to risk his career for other artistes only to be stabbed in the back later.

After the infamous Strongman and Sarkodie’s managerial issue, Ghanaian rapper E.L reacted by stating emphatically that he’s not ready to manage any artiste.

The 'Koko' hitmaker stated that often, the artistes that people manage become ungrateful when they finally make it.

Meanwhile, Strongman has finally spoken after his former boss Sarkodie announced his exit from Sarkcess Music.

The rapper noted that Sarkodie’s brand is bigger so everything he did was underrated by the fans because they compared him to the Can't Let You Go singer.
