The university’s management agreed that students found to be engaged in gambling or sports betting will be suspended.

The school has also decided not accept any donation or sponsorship from any of the sports betting companies.

Meanwhile, all betting websites have also been reportedly blocked from the university’s WIFI in order to prevent students from gaining access to such sites.

The University Information Technology Service (UITS) has hence been instructed to block all betting websites from the University’s WIFI accessible to all students,” the source continued.
