- A video of Medikal's Omo Ada song being played in a church has popped up
- The song got the church members dancing happily
It is gradually becoming common practice to have Christians dance to secular music in Ghanaian churches.
Recently, a video popped up online showing members dancing to Stonebwoy's Kpo Keke song during praises in church.
While the video stirred a lot of debate on the 'holiness of such songs in church', it does not seem the trend will go away anytime soon.
A new video sighted by YEN.com.gh has a yet-to-be-identified church playing Medikal's Omo Ada song during service.
In the video shared by Medikal on his Instagram page, the church members were seen dancing happily and sing along as the viral song played.
Some of the church members even went ahead to make the sleeping gesticulations that Medikal did in his video for the song.
This is not the first time Medikal's song featuring his girlfriend, Fella Makafui, which was originally released January 2019 has got people dancing.
In March, Medikal’s song got a group of soldiers joining in the Omo Ada challenge while they attended a public event.
Not long after, a female senior high school student caused a stir on social media after a video of her raunchy dance to Medikal's song went viral.
In fact, the Omo Ada song which has been remixed by Medikal with Shatta Wale on board has been one of the most popular songs of 2019 so far.
