How some celebrities and Ghanaians in general reacted to murder of Chris Attoh’s wife Bettie Jenifer

- Some Ghanaian celebrities have reacted sadly to the murder of Chris Attoh’s wife

- Other citizens have also expressed their condolences with the actor and family

- Attoh’s wife, Bettie Jenifer, was shot and killed in the US by an unknown gunman

Ghanaians have expressed sorrows to the gruesome murder of actor Chris Attoh’s wife, Bettie Jenifer.

These are colleagues of the actor, including Lydia Forson and and Sarkodie, as well as ordinary Ghanaians.

In a series of tweets by Forson sighted by YEN.com.gh, the actress revealed that her heart was truly broken over the unfortunate incident.

In other tweets, Forson also urged some social media commentators to be considerate of those involved when discussing delicate issues like that of the murder of Attoh’s wife.

It could be said of her tweets that Lydia Forson, who has acted a number of movies with Chris Attoh, is indeed brokenhearted.

Sarkodie, on his part, simply wrote: “No!!!” as he reacted to the sad news.

YEN.com.gh’s eye also caught the many condolence messages pouring out to Chris and the family.

The messages were seen in the comment session of a post Attoh made on Instagram.

For example, Kobi Rana, also a colleague of Attoh, said he would not accept or believe the news:

kobirana: ”Ah. This is not fake news? Jesus please no. God not this perfect couple no Chris no. Brother, My prayers to you and the family. I will not accept or believe this. Man cannot be this wicked. #prayforChisAttoh.”

Wiz said he was with Attoh in prayers:

wiz_liion: “We are all with you in prayers and strength .”

Temmy urged Chris to stay strong:

Kobby also encouraged Attoh to stay focused:

Hali also sent her condolences to Chris:

haliblackclothingsonline: “You'll definitely go through this, my heartfelt condolences. Rest in peace to your beautifil wife.”

Meanwhile, the Greenbelt Police Department has given a vivid description of the gunman who committed the heinous crime.

The suspect is said to be a black thick man wearing a dark shirt and dark pants, who fled off in a blue coloured car, and has been declared wanted in the US.

Chris wife, Jenifer, was shot when she was walking to her car after close of work on Friday, May 10, 2019.

She was running away from the gunman who followed her firing many shots.

Jenifer was shot in the head, and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime when the police arrived.

Her death comes days after Chris Attoh deleted all her photos from his social media pages following rumours that they had broken up.

Attoh was said to have canceled a movie project and rushed to Maryland following the murder of his wife.
