A South African student has been arrested for falsely posing as an employee after eating at a KFC restaurant for one year by claiming they sent him to undertake quality check.
A 27-year-old student was gripped for eating at KFC for free for a period of a year in South Africa by falsely saying he had been sent from the KFC's headquarters for quality checks.
The man whose name has been withheld for now was a student of the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
He ate for free every day for a year from different KFC outlets by repeating the same story every time.
Every single time he walked into a KFC, he did with a lot of confidence and says to the employees that he was sent from the KFC headquarters for quality assurance of the food served in the restaurant.
The news was first shared by Kenyan journalist, Teddy Eugene on his official Twitter account with caption, "South African man arrested for eating at KFC free for a year by saying head office sent him to taste if they are up to standard."
