Patapaa's Skopatuman rap has entered the US Embassy with the Embassy's official Faceboo page describing him as boss.
One Corner hitmaker Patapaa has been one of the most trending names on Ghanaian social media in the past few weeks.
This is as a result of the special rap verse he delivered on a song by Kawoula Biov titled Daavi Neba.
Having couched a very funny word, Skopatumana, during his rap, Patapaa sparked another frenzy on social media called the Skopatumana challenge.
The challenge has seen many Ghanaians record and share videos of themselves trying to mimic the tongue-twisting lines of Patapaa.
Just like Patapaa's One Corner craze, the Skopatumana challenge has crossed the borders of Ghana.
Patapaa's Skopatumana craze has entered the US Embassy.
In a post on social by the official handle of the US Embassy, Patapaa posed for a photo with a lady at the Embassy and Fancy Gadam.
The photo, according to the caption, was taken on Friday, May 10, 2019, during a visa information session the Embassy had with Ghanaian musicians. And the post described Patapaa as the Skopatumana boss.
"On Friday May 10, the #Skopatomana boss himself and other musicians were hosted by our Consular section for a special Visa Information Session for Ghanaian musicians.
"The visa section of our website has detailed information on all our visa types and processes. You can visit the page via this link," the post read.
Meanwhile, popular Ghanaian presenter Nana Aba Anamoah has criticized social media users who have slammed Patapaa for his lyrics on the song.
According to the ace journalist, those condemning Patapaa over the rap verse are a bunch of hypocrites.
