- ½ teaspoon of grounded cinnamon
- 1 cup of water
- 2 diced carrots
- 1 can of chicken peas
- 1 can of condensed chicken broth
- 4 large fresh and chopped spinach leaves
How to prepare it
Take a medium sized saucepan and place it on your preferred source of heat. Add in some oil and give it 20-30 seconds to heat up.
Add your nicely sliced onions and garlic and leave them to cook until the onion attains a golden-brown color.

Add the tomatoes, followed by the sweet potatoes and let them for 5 minutes. This will be followed by adding the chicken broth, red pepper, cinnamon, carrots, raisins, and one cup of water. Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low for the food to cook properly as sweet potatoes are best when tender.

- ¼ cup of canola oil

How to prepare it

- 1 kg of broccoli

Method of preparation
Place a medium-large saucepan on a source of heat and add vegetable oil until hot. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir.
After 2 minutes, add the onions, garlic, green chilies, tomatoes, and ginger. Stir the mixture, then cover the saucepan and leave them to cook for 10 minutes.
Thoroughly wash the broccoli and add it to the stew. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add the carrots and peppers then smear in the preferred all-purpose spices. Stir carefully and reduce the heat to a low level. Let the stew to simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve it while still hot.
