An interesting video of an Asian-looking preacher, a man presumed to be Chinese, has surfaced on Facebook, and in this, the man is seen strutting his stuff as a spiritual deliverer just like any other Ghanaian pastor would do.
On the Facebook page of journalist Umaru Sanda Amadu is posted a video of an Asian-looking man, presumed to be Chinese, who is leading a Christian religious service.
Predictably, such a rare sight in Ghana was bound to kick up a furore. Among many other things, an Asian pastor is not one of the things you will see in Ghana everyday.
Amadu captioned the photo: "From the galamsey pit to the church... Winning golds for China. I kent biliiiv it. "
Respondents also chipped in with their views. Modibbo Mohammed wrote: "50 what i did not heard him well, nobody was able to come forward with the 50 something that he mentioned 50 what i did not heard him well, nobody was able to come forward with the 50 something that he mentioned"
Another Facebook user, Samuel Kissiedu, responded: "From the pit to the pulpit. They'll soon start selling holy water spiritual oils and creams like Ghana's churchpreneurs."
Meanwhile, founder and senior pastor of the Living Faith Church also known as Winners Chapel, David Oyedepo,.has said his riches are a blessing from God after he gave a car for the gospel many years ago.
Oyedepo, according to Peacefmonline.com, has been profiled by Forbes as one of the wealthiest religious leaders in the world.
He is famous as one of the few Christian leaders who own their air plane.
