YEN.com.gh has seen a video of Stonebwoy appearing in court over his fracas with Shatta Wale at the 2019 VGMA.
His arrival in court has to do with his pulling a gun at the event in a fight with Shatta Wale.
In the video, Stonebwoy is seen in a white shirt and in the company of his manager Blakk Cedi and other members of his management team.
There were also men dressed as lawyers who were leading the way into the court room.
Stonebwoy's demeanour in the video shows that he is confident despite the situation in which he found himself.
He was seen waving at some people who were around the court area.
Meanwhile, a law expert, Samson Lardy, has explained that Stonebwoy could face five-year jail term, and GHC 12, 000 fine for his action.
Stonebwoy had pulled out a gun when he felt threatened by Shatta Wale's appearance on the stage when he was making a remark after winning the Reggae Dancehall Artiste of the year at the 2019 VGMA.
He was heard saying in a video that went viral: "I will kill him, I will kill him," referring to Shatta Wale.
His action caused an uproar in the public with many condemning him for taking a gun to such an event and pulling it in the face of provocation.
Others, however, have supported Stonebwoy's action saying that he was "defending" himself.
He issued a press release to apologise to Ghanaians later for his action.
