Social media in awe as Arsene Wenger floors Zinedine Zidane with amazing dribbling skills

- Both Wenger and Zidane took part in a charity football and rugby match in France

- Wenger paraded impressive dribbling skills past Zidane to steal the show

A photo of ex-Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, dribbling past Zinedine Zidane during a charity match in Bordeaux, France, has sent social media into a complete meltdown.

Wenger proved he still has more than a tactically brilliant mind as he raced past Zidane during the match hosted on Monday, May 27.

Zidane could be seen clutching back Wenger, but the former Arsenal boss managed to accelerate away.

One social media user joked: "Looks like Zidane heard what Wenger was earning at Arsenal and is after his wallet!"

Another one said: "Wenger leaving Zidane for dead in midfield might be my favourite sporting picture in history."

Despite his arguably impeccable skills during the event, Wenger never managed to play at the top during his hey days as his career was only limited in the lower leagues in France.

Meanwhile, the charity match brought together several squad members of France's 1998 World Cup-winning side, including Deschamps, Fabien Barthez, Laurent Blanc and a host of other ex-pros.
