Samini praises Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale for making peace

Popular Ghanaian dancehall legend Samini has reacted to the union of fellow dancehall musicians Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

Samini has expressed his excitement after news of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy union went viral on social media

According to the 'My Own' hitmaker, it is great the two musicians decided to settle their differences and come together.

In an Instagram post sighted by, Samini showered praise on Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

"big up @stonebwoyb and @shattawalenima..#Onelove #Ghanamusic must win," the Highgrade Family boss wrote.

Samini, who had advised both artistes to unite, seemed excited as he posted a photo of the two musicians together.

In an earlier interview that Samini granted after the VGMA fracas, he noted that it will be good for the artistes to make peace.

According to him, coming together as one can be good for their brand because they can play a peace concert and make money out of it.

The 'Obaa' hitmaker also suggested that Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy should collaborate on a song and feature him.

It was all joy for fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy as well as Ghanaian music lovers home and abroad when the news of their union popped up.

After engaging in a scuffle at the just-ended 2019 VGMA grand event, the two top dancehall musicians eschew their differences and made peace.

In addition to the two artistes, their managers, Bulldog and Blakk Cedi, were also brought together in unity.

In a publication by, photos of the CEO who assisted in uniting Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, were published.

It was revealed that Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban who is the CEO of Rigworld Group, an oil and gas firm was the one who brokered the peace deal.

GH One TV presenter Nana Aba Anamoah was also instrumental in the bringing together of the musicians.
