- Kuami Eugene says the peace concert idea being propounded by Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy is not necessary
- He said all the two needed to do is to tweet on social media that they are sorry and forgiven each other
- Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have said the peace concert is to fortify their unity and that of their respective fans
Angela hitmaker, Kuami Eugene, has deflated the peace concert idea preached by Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, saying it is not necessary.
Speaking in a video seen by YEN.com.gh, the Confusion hitmaker said social media actions by the two to show they have indeed united is all that is necessary.
He revealed that he long had the hint that such a concert would be held, mentioning Wendy Shay’s name as the one who informed him.
According to Kuami Eugene, he told Wendy Shay point blank that the concert was not necessary.
“It was even Wendy Shay who told me that there is going to be a peace concert, and look me I told her that there is no need for peace concert. The two musicians should just tweet and say sorry to their fans,” YEN.com.gh heard Kuami Eugene say in the Akan language.
He looked so confident in his delivery, as if to say he would turn down any offer to perform at that function when held.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy had revealed at a joint press conference held recently that they would hold the concert to promote peace.
The two aimed at using the concert to make their unity solid, unify their fans, and Ghanaians at large.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Stonebwoy revealed the only thing that can mar his peace and unity with Shatta Wale.
