Ghanaian musician Edem has received accolades for helping prisoners at the Winneba Local Prisons.
Edem has got social media talking after engaging in a developmental project at the Winneba Local Prison.
According to the versatile artiste, he was able to build a 10-seater toilet facility for the inmates of Winneba Local Prison.
In an Instagram post that was sighted by YEN.com.gh, Edem expressed his joy at extending a helping hand to the prison inmates.
After posting a photo of himself and some prison officers, the rapper wrote "Together with my team at @essential_relief we put up 10 toilet facilities for the Winneba Local Prisons."
His fans and other Instagram users on reading the post showered praise on the 'Toto' hitmaker:

Edem is regarded as one of Ghana's top musicians as he has thrilled Ghanaians to hit music over the years.
He was recently in the news after receiving a rousing welcome in Togo when he went on tour and as a guest artiste for some concerts.
In one of the videos that Edem posted on his Instagram page, a huge crowd was seen in cars and motorbikes as they welcomed the 'Fiefuor' hitmaker to their country.
The rapper was also in the news after lamenting over his omission in the 2019 VGMA Artiste of the Decade category.
According to Edem, he has worked hard and had so many hits in the decade of review to merit a nomination.
