Ghanaian slay queen burns Bible saying there is no power in God's name (video)

In a recent video making rounds on social media, a young woman has reaffirmed her belief of African traditions by burning the Holy Bible to challenge the Christian God to act with the power Christians have been made to believe he wields.

A young woman, who claims the Holy Bible is a mechanism to control people has burned a copy to reaffirm her belief of African traditions and to challenge the Christian God to act with the power Christians have been made to believe he commands.

The young woman, possibly in her 30s, claims the Bible serves as a tool for brainwashing people and to demonize African traditions and culture.

‘‘Nobody can deceive me with the Bible. I’ll burn the Bible in to ashes and nothing will happen,’’ she said.

‘‘I believe in mother nature. I believe in maame water [mermaid]. Maame water be the everything, she be the greater… there’s no power in God, there’s no power in the name of Jesus,’’ she added.

Obviously upset but for reasons unknown, she urged people to shun the Holy Bible.

She revealed that she has discovered the truth while insisting that Christians have been told lies for years.

Her video has gained traction on social media, particularly on Facebook.
