Ghanaian rapper EL reinforces "religion causes division narrative"

Ghanaian rapper Elorm Adablah, famed as EL, has reinforced the narrative that religion causes division while stating that he no longer believes in religion, rather, spirituality.

Not long ago, notable Ghanaian actor Majid Michel via his Instagram platform, urged people to quit religion, and the latest popular personality to ignite conversations about religion being ‘cancerous’ is rapper EL.

‘‘I’m spiritual. I’m no longer religious. I think religion causes division,’’ he stated.

The 2016 VGMA Artist of the Year, indicated that he does not believe anything separates him from communicating directly to and hearing from God.

In an interview with YEN.com,gh, EL noted that while he grew up in a Christian home, ‘‘those laurels do not make sense’’ to him.

The Ghanaian rapper who appears to have gone into hiatus says ‘‘he lives by common sense.’’

EL revealed that he is spiritual and no longer believes that region is that path to the greater God.

Meanwhile, 39-year-old founder of Springfield Energy, Kevin Okyere, will be honored with the Entrepreneurship Award at the FACE List Awards gala during the 2019 Pan-African Weekend in New York City, July 18, 2019.

He is an esteemed philanthropist, establishing alongside the Springfield Foundation, the Kevin Okyere Foundation, an entity that delivers impactful initiatives in health and education.
