Losing a job doesn’t mean I lost my life – Wendy Shay says after losing YEA job (Video)

- Wendy Shay says she has not lost her life after losing her ambassadorial job with the Youth Employment Agency (YEA)

- Her name had been taken out of the list and reports went haywire that the lost that job

- This comes after her ‘indecent’ photo with former president Kufuor after visiting him with other ambassadors

Star singer Wendy Shay has called the bluff of Ghanaians and the YEA saying that losing a job does not mean that she lost her life.

In a new post sighted by YEN.com.gh, Wendy Shay wrote that she still has her life intact after losing that job.

She sang of how she sees many haters on the road yet she keeps moving.

Wendy also said “they took her diamond from her hand” yet she keeps moving.

The singer added that many people wishes she would fall and fail, yet she keeps moving forward.

Her post has triggered many reactions on social media with some of her fans saying they were emotional:

Glam, for instance said she got emotional watching Wendy:

Comfort said the song would be a hit:

Josh also said she got emotional:

Meanwhile, Wendy Shay was in the news for the wrong reasons when she shared a photo with former president Kufuor which many termed “indecent”.

In the photo, Wendy sat by Kufuor with him looking at her chest when she and other YEA ambassadors had visited him.

She received many backlashes for that leading to her name been missing in the final list of ambassadors.

The board chairman of YEA, Sammy Awuku, said ambassadors who don’t comply with standards would be taken out.
