Shatta Wale set to go on world tour with Beyonce

Popular Ghanaian reggae and dancehall musician Shatta Wale known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr. has broken silence about the invitation by Beyonce to feature on her upcoming world tour.

According to the dancehall king, a call from Beyonce's camp has confirmed the upcoming tour meant to promote "The Lion King: The Gift" album.

"They’ve told us that we are going to be on that tour,” elated Shatta Wale disclosed on Zylofon FM, Wednesday, July 17, 2019.

The 'Gringo' hitmaker expressed excitement at how the entire featuring on Beyonce's song came about.

He heaped praise of Beyonce and her team, Fantasy Entertainment, Chris Konney and some others for playing a key role in the entire process.

The SM boss admitted that the historic feature is a win for the entire Ghanaian music industry and all artistes.

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has revealed that he will be having a party with Stonebwoy in celebration of his feature with Beyonce.

After Stonebwoy congratulated him on Twitter, the SM boss tweeted that he will be going over to Stonebwoy's house to pop champagne.
