Shatta fans roast Kalybos over comments on Beyonce's song

Fans of popular dancehall musician Shatta Wale have slammed comedian Kalybos for making some comments against their idol.

According to them, Kalybos is trying to use Shatta Wale to revive his dead comedy career by criticizing him when most people are praising him.

In comments written under a YEN.com.gh native post, Shatta fans expressed their disappointment at Kalybos for his criticisms against the 'Gringo' hitmaker.

In an interview, Kalybos said "The hype is that Shatta Wale has done a song with Beyoncé and it has not happened before."

"Listen to what Beyonce did with Wizkid, Mr. Eazi, and Tiwa Savage and tell me which one is nice. I am afraid the Nigerians will mock Ghanaians about this," he retorted.

It is however surprising that Kalybos criticized Shatta Wale at a time when almost everyone is praising him.

The SM boss received a lot of accolades for his feature on Beyonce's 'The Lion King: The Gift' album.

Fellow musicians like Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Samini among others congratulated the dancehall king for such a enviable recognition.

He however did not accept Sarkodie's congratulatory message as he jabbed him for being a hypocrite.

Shatta Wale claimed that when he came out onto the music scene as Bandana, Sarkodie was still in JHS.
