Some market women in Kumasi have responded to the demeaning comment passed by the man of God, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi of the Glorious Wave Ministry
According to the aggrieved market women, the comment passed by Badu Kobi was unfortunate and derogatory. Simply put, it undermines the womanhood of Ashanti virtuous woman all other things being equal, the women claimed.
In the voice of the angry market women in an interview, they’ve vowed to summon Prophet Kobi before the king of the Asante kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

Days ago, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, before his congregation, made a comment that possible suitors should shun the idea of marrying Ashanti women.
In the sermon, he said women who hail from the Ashanti region were greedy, materialistic, money conscious among other unprintable adjectives.
As usual of Ghanaians, Badu Kobi has been chastised severely since that sermon was first published by ghbase.com.

In reaction to the brouhaha, he described all those bashing and criticizing him as fools.
According to him, he has grown a tough skin for insults, trolls and other forms of social media bullying.
