England international Marcus Rashford opened the Red Devils just after 18 minutes into the encounter from a spot kick.
The 21-year-old won a spot kick for the hosts after being hacked down by Kurt Zouma in the danger zone.

Both sides resumed hostilities in the second half as they launched attacks on either side but it paid off for the hosts.
As French winger Anthony Martial taps in from Andreas Pereira's low cross from right flank in the 57th minute and put the home team at a comfortable position.
