- Prophet Badu Kobi has turned his attention to Krobo women
- The controversial prophet has backed Sarkodie for saying Krobo women are prostitutes
- Badu Kobi was recently in the news when he took Asante women to the cleaners
The founder and leader of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has dropped another bombshell.
This time, the latest outburst by the controversial prophet is against Krobo women and YEN.com.gh has sighted the said video.
Badu Kobi’s was defending Sarkodie after Krobo people took the rapper on for insulting them.
Krobo citizens were angry over what they called a deliberate attempt by Sarkodie to denigrate them and their women through a song.
The song, titled Jennifer Lomotey, was composed by Kurl Songx and featured Sarkodie. In the song, Sarkodie cited one Jennifer Lomotey, who he said was a Krobo lady.
According to Sarkodie, the Krobo lady was able to “ride” him well in bed because Okomfo Anokye, a powerful traditional priest, has cursed her with promiscuity.
However, Badu Kobi said he sees nothing wrong with Sarkodie’s statement about Krobo women.
“Sarkodie is married to a Krobo lady but that didn’t stop him from singing about the tribe. What he said about the tribe is the truth. Instead of them listening to the song and advising themselves of the negativity, why will they bash him?,” he quizzed.
YEN.com.gh reported a story of how Badu Kobi took a strong swipe at Asante women.
Watch the first minute:
According to the controversial man of God, women who hail from the Ashanti region are greedy, materialistic, disrespectful and money conscious, all other things being equal.
He stressed that Asante women who’re married, hate to the brim to see their husbands facing financially challenges.
Prophet Badu Kobi then advised all possible suitors to shun the intention of settling down with an Asante woman to avoid troubles in the future.
However, many called on him to retract his statement but he declined to do so.
