Popular gospel singer Celestine Donkor, has claimed that she used to eat human excreta for survival.

According to Donkor, she once lived and worked alongside a senior colleague house help in a certain woman’s house.

This house help, she said, told her that the only condition on which she could eat from the house was for her to eat the feaces of their madam’s kids.

Having no other option, Donkor said she had to succumb.

She made this revelation in a video seen by YEN.com.gh on social media.

I had to eat it. And you know what, it was not my madam herself oo, but my other house help, or should I say senior house help?” the gospel singer said in the Akan language during the interview.

She said this happened only when the madam was away, making her believe that the senior house help hated her with passion.

The gospel singer has often maintained a low-key life in the media as not much is heard about her.

She was in the news some time ago for saying that some gospel musicians needed, and in fact, dwell on controversies to stay relevant.

In other news, popular highlife singer, KiDi, has narrated how he was rejected by the Presbyterian Church of Ghana at a time he needed them most.

KiDi said he was judged wrongly and dismissed from the church’s headquarters.
