John Manyo-Plange, a Ghanaian, is taking up a new role as vice president and head of strategy for the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
He brings a wealth of experience to his new role at BAL and is tasked to handle a league that comprises 12 teams and involves clubs all over the continent.
NBA’s vice president, Amadou Gallo added, per a report by Africa.espn.com, that with Manyo-Plange’s support and leadership, he is sure he can build the African basketball ecosystem.
Meanwhile, television host and comedian, Steve Harvey, has revealed that there plans to create opportunities in Ghana and change the thought process in the country.
He explained that Ghana is home and he is satisfied with all that he has seen since he arrived in the country.
Harvey added that he felt robbed because until now, he had not been able to visit a place he calls home but he is feeling better now.
