- Customers of defunct gold dealership firm Menzgold have expressed anger at Nana Appiah Mensah for praising President Nana Akufo-Addo
- The agitated customers took to the comment section to jab NAM1 and asked for their locked-up investment
- In an earlier press conference, NAM1 outlined three conditions that can enable him pay back Menzgold customers
Scores of Menzgold customers have rained insults on CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah, after he praised President Nana Akufo-Addo in his latest post.
According to them, NAM1 should stop diverting attention from the core issue of refunding their cash that is locked up in his company.
In a series of comments under NAM1's recent post, Menzgold customers expressed disappointment in NAM1.
In the post, the embattled CEO posted series of photos from a recent event held on Free Trade in Africa.
In the first photo, President Nana Akufo-Addo was in a hand-shake with former president Jerry John Rawlings.
After posting the photos, he captioned them:"Thank you Mr. President; His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo. ”Free-trade”, is exactly what Ghana and Africa need. #Ghanashallprosper #AfricaUnite."
It seems NAM1's post did not go down well with some of his customers and social media users as they rather slammed him and asked for their cash:
@johnlarbi86 expressed anger at NAM1's post: "Nam 1 u are heartless paa....a lot of lives have bn destroyed yet u have d gads to post unnecessary stuff....For ur information, any unncessary stuff u post breaks the heart of ur customers...u shall get ur judgement n am sure uve started."
@_muzu_ asked NAM1 to pay back their money: "We know say Ghana go prosper, Africa go unite....Jux pay wanna money ... u think say u alone get sense....mk u no try fool us again o."
@kofi_sei_gh trolled NAM1: "You and adwenkesie. Herr I will start learning from you."
@aadoye claimed NAM1 is trying to be smart: "Smart a**... Same method u used ...!! Pay the people their monies and stop trying to play the victim."
Meanwhile, NAM1 has asked government to help him retrieve $39 million from a Dubai-based company that supposedly owes him.
The embattled CEO claimed that the government through the Attorney General should help him with lawyers so he could retrieve the cash and pay back all Menzgold customers.
