President Donald Trump welcomes 10th grandchild

- Eric and Lara Trump welcome a baby girl into their family on Monday, August 19

- The baby has since been name Carolina Dorothy Trump

- Carolina is the second child of the couple who have a one-year-old son, Eric Luke, and the 10th grandchild of President Donald Trump

American president Donald Trump's grandchildren just increased to 10 as his son, Eric Trump, and wife, Lara, welcomed their second child on Monday, August 19.

Eric and wife Lara has since named their daughter Carolina Dorothy Trump. The happy father of the newborn shared the good news via his Twitter handle hours after delivery. See his tweet below:

"@LaraLeaTrump and I are excited to welcome Carolina Dorothy Trump into the world. We love you already!"

On Tuesday, August 20, the couple followed up with another post. This time, it was a photo of the young family of four taken at the hospital. It has the parents, Eric and Lara, their son, Luke, and their new daughter, Carolina.

President Trump has tweeted about welcoming a new grandchild while also congratulating his son and daughter-in-law.

Also congratulating her brother is Ivanka Trump. She also tweeted about the new addition to their family.

Meanwhile, had reported that President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump's Sallah greetings to Muslims across the world was greeted with mixed feelings. Ivanka tweet to felicitate with Muslims all over the world as they celebrate Eid-el-Kabir and it went south after social media users reminded her that her father has barred people from Muslim-majority countries from travelling to the US.
