Rev. Obofour shares sprays money at wedding in Kumasi

- The popular preacher was seen throwing cash in the air while the crowd scrambled to get hold of some

- Fans, on watching the video, expressed their opinion on the manner in which he was spending his riches

Founder and leader of Anointed Palace Church, Rev. Obofour, has got Ghanaians talking after a video of him throwing money into the air at a wedding ceremony went viral.

In the video sighted by, the popular preacher was seen standing at the roof of his car as he threw bundles of cash into the air.

While Rev. Obofour threw the notes into the air, the mammoth crowd hovering around his car, struggled for their share.

Reports revealed that the controversial preacher gifted the money at the wedding ceremony of his spiritual son.

Social media users, after watching the video, expressed their opinion on Rev. Obofour's act:

@mistameister claimed Rev. Obofour is gifting the church's offering: "He’s giving them back their offertory."

@kendrick_swift defended Rev. Obofour's action: "Most Ghanaians here don’t understand Christianity ,see how they are judging him what’s wrong if he throw money..y’all allowing mps chop our money u say nothing."

@slimkofi quizzed the pastor's act: "Since when did men of God make it rain money?."

@cecilserwaabonsumusic advised Rev. Obofour to help the needy instead: "Orphans are suffering,,, He should visit them with all this and more and stop making names in public."

@nanah_kwesi_austin had this to say: "Dos tomato nd onion seller money dat dey are giving dem all in de name of miracles . U see how it's been used . Ghana look sharp."

Meanwhile, has published a story about Rev. Obofour's wife after she released a photo without make-up.

In the photo, Ciara Obofowaa, was seen without make-up as the photo was considered by many as a rare one.
