A video has emerged on social media showing a man washing a car. The amusing part was that he was using the water hose both outside and inside the car.

The hilarious video was shared by South Africa Live on Facebook. It has gathered almost 300 reactions. It left many Mzansi social media users both puzzled and amused. Facebook user Mpêx Mavuso said:

"What the hell? And the electronic parts of the car by the door?...Unless of course it's a client request"

While Graham Grima Mutyambizi said:

"First and last day at work"

Yoosuf-Ali Timol said:

"Over qualified for the job"

While Muhammed Uwais Adam jokingly said:

"Employee of the month"

In other news, the General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu, has defended the act whereby some contractors buy contracts.

According to him, "buying a contract from a contractor who cannot execute it isn't a crime."

Speaking in reference to the suspended Public Procurement Authority boss, AB Adjei, he said it may happen that the contractor might have other things doing, therefore, selling to other equally competent persons is in the right direction just as outright sale of contract is no crime.
