- Musician Wendy Shay has thrown a shade at Efia Odo after she filmed a video promoting Shatta Wale’s new album
- Wendy Shay, in an Instagram post, claimed that she is the wonder girl and that Shatta Wale is hers
- Wendy Shay and Shatta Wale have been expressing love for each other until recently when Efia Odo seemed to have caught the attention of Shatta Wale
Popular Ghanaian Afrobeats musician Wendy Shay known in real life as Wendy Addo has claimed that she is the wonder girl in Ghana.
According to the ‘Astalavista’ hitmaker, the boy is hers and anyone who knows can attest to the fact that the boy is hers.
In a post sighted by YEN.com.gh, Wendy Shay reiterated her love for Shatta Wale and subtly shaded Efia Odo in the process.
After posting a curvy photo of herself, the singer wrote “Wonder Girl #ifyouknowyouknow #theboyismine #Ghanaboys #SHAYGANG #rufftown."
Deducing from the post, it is evident that Wendy Shay’s caption is in relation to Shatta Wale’s upcoming album titled ‘Wonder Boy.’
By claiming that she is the ‘Wonder Girl’, it means that she is referring to still being the 'girlfriend' of Shatta Wale.
With the hashtag the boy is mine and if you know you know, Wendy Shay is probably shading Efia Odo over Shatta Wale.
Efia Odo is the lady who is currently close to Shatta Wale as they have been captured cuddling recently in Shatta Wale’s studio.
It is also surprising that a few minutes after Shatta Wale posted Efia Odo’s video on his page, Wendy Shay came out claiming to be the wonder girl.
Shatta Wale had expressed admiration for Wendy Shay after they released a song together but the two have not been seen together lately.
YEN.com.gh, however cannot tell if the Shatta Movement boss and the Rufftown artiste are having some problems.
Wendy Shay on the other hand might be trying to get back into Shata Wale’s life and warn off Efia Odo with her new message.
