The spokesperson for the Normalisation Committee, Dan Kwaku Yeboah has resigned from the committee.

Yeboah’s resignation comes less than two weeks to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) congress.

Per reports sighted by YEN.com.gh, Yeboah tendered in his resignation on Friday, August 30, 2019.

Reports suggested that, Yeboah called it a quits in order save his image which has been battered heavily since he took the job.

Yeboah, who is the sports editor at Peace FM pocked $11,000 in 11 months (over GHC60,000) as the spokesperson of the committee.

Even though the reason for his resignation isn’t known yet, it is believed Yeboah is resigning from his post to court affection from the Ghanaian public after he was criticized for his posture on Ghana’s AFCON 2019 budget.

YEN.com.gh previously reported a story about the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalization Committee asking for an extension after their tenure ended.
