Akufo-Addo’s government tagged more corrupt than Mahama’s

- Franklin Cudjoe, wants President Akufo-Addo to rid his government of festering corruption

- Mr Cudjoe says the heightening corruption in the current administration is becoming worse by the day

The President of think tank, IMANI Ghana has described the Akufo-Addo led government as the worse in terms of dealing with corruption issues.

In a Facebook post, Mr. Franklin Cudjoe said the degree and level of thievery exhibited by some appointees of President Akufo-Addo cannot be compared to what happened in the erstwhile Mahama administration.

We mocked the previous administration for ‘funny’ initiatives such as “youth in potholes filling” and kicked it out of office. Then the new administration took the ‘funny’, polished it and gave it light with “training youth in street lights repairs,” he lamented.

The NYA CEO was fired over some procurement breaches.

The office of the Chief of Staff was petitioned by some persons over alleged questionable procurement procedure at the NYA, which the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) has been called in to investigate.
