Jerome Boateng, Bayern Munich star, has landed in trouble over an alleged assault against his ex-partner and fiancée Sherin Senler.
According to Daily Mail, the 31-year-old Boateng, is being investigated for causing bodily harm on the mother of his twin daughters- Senler during a row in 2018 and the defender was docked in a district court to face charges on February 11 this year.

At the moment, Boateng is expected to face further probe over the allegations as ordered by the trial judge, with the case yet to go beyond the intermediary stage.
However, Boateng's lawyers claim the accusations are unproven and are based on third party evidence, but details remain sketchy at press time
Police are equally investigating another incident of suspected assault between Senler and Boateng.
Although the pair have been dating since for over a decade they have witnessed a stormy union that has seen go their separate ways in the past
In 2011, the same year their twins - Soley and Lamia arrived, they were only allowed to communicate through their legal representatives.
Interestingly, in 2013, Boateng and Senler, an ex-fashion student, reignited the love affair again and got engaged in 2014 only to fall out again after their frequent row resurfaced.
