Jon Germain, popular media personality with EIB has said he won’t leave like his former colleagues have done when things went tough at the company.
Germain said he is not that kind of person who would abandon friends and acquaintances just because things went bad.
He added that it is not his nature to enjoy with friends during good times and then turn his back on them during hard times.

Germain was speaking following the recent massive resignation that has hit EIB, owners of GHOne and Starr FM.
Apart from his loyalty to the company, Germain said Bola Ray has been his very, very good friend for a long time.
Therefore, he cannot betray him in that manner by resigning from EIB when things are hard.

Berla Mundi, Giovanni Caleb, and others have all left the station and the two now work with TV3.
The more recent resignation was by Kemini Amanor, who said she needed to explore other opportunities so was leaving, as published by YEN.com.gh.
Their resignation comes after Bola Ray himself confessed that things were so hard for the company that he could not pay salaries for seven months.
But Germain won’t fault those who have left either.
He said they have families, and needed money to look after them.
