Beautiful lady marries visually impaired fiance in Nigeria (photos)

A beautiful ivory lady and her visually impaired fiance have held their wedding in Nasarawa state, Nigeria. Photos of the beautiful bride and groom have since been trending online.

Love, they say, can happen at very unexpected times and is often times responsible for bringing two very different individuals together.

At a time when most people have physical appeal at the top of their must-have lists when looking for a life partner, this story of a couple who recently had their wedding, has left many people in awe.

Facebook user, Nora Chika, recently took to the platform to share wedding photos from a ceremony that took place in Nasarawa. While it would seem like any other wedding, it was not, as the beautiful ivory bride was getting married to a visually impaired groom.

While many people would be quick to jump into conclusions about her motive behind marrying a blind man, Chika who shared the photos, made it clear that it was not for money but for love.

She wrote: "Wonders shall never end ooo, beautiful Plateau bride and her handsome blind groom. I witness d I do I do today, no be say na money d bride c ooo this is indeed true love. May God bless their union I pray."

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a Ghanaian couple based in the Netherlands have gone viral on social media after photos and video from their wedding popped up online.

The many photos and video show the couple opting to undertake a traditional wedding even though they have lived almost all of their lives and could have done a regular white wedding.

But they opted to showcase the beautiful Ghanaian culture and they did that with so much perfection with a kente-themed traditional wedding.
