Meet Ghana’s youngest real estate developer who is making serious moves in the country

- Stephanie Ode Wilson is reportedly the youngest real estate developer in Ghana and has already sold a number of houses

- She sold her first house at the age of 20 years and has built a 3-bedroom apartment at the moment

- Wilson completed Kumasi Girls High School and is now a student at the Bluecrest University

Ghana’s youngest real estate developer, Stephanie Ode Wilson, built a 3-bedroom apartment and sold her first house in November 2017, YEN.com.gh has learnt.

This was done when she was 20 years old and she went ahead to sell three more houses.

Information available shows that she saved money received from a real estate developer for whom she ran errands.

Per a report by georgebritton.com, she completed Kumasi Girls Senior High School and is now studying at the Bluecrest University.

In other news, YEN.com.gh has a video of a Kenyan couple, Rama Oluoch and Shiko Nguru, who delivered a baby in their home.

According to Rama, he realized the midwife would not make it in time and therefore decided to help his wife.

He further said they were fully aware of the health implications of their action but decided to go ahead because they had limited options as the labour process progressed very fast.
