Akosua Barbie: More photos and details of popular slay queen who died mysteriously drop

The death of a young Ghanaian lady, Akosua Barbie, has been the most trending topic on social media on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.

Akosua Barbie, as earlier reported by YEN.com.gh is said to have died on Monday, September 9, 2019 after a short illness.

The news of Akosua's death has caused a stir with many tributes pouring in from those who knew the deceased.

Judging from the massive outpour of emotions and shocking reactions to her death, Akosua was a very popular person on social media.

But apart from the general description by social media users that Akosua was a slay queen, not much is known about her.

YEN.com.gh understands Akosua is officially known as Paulina Ofosu.

From her looks, Akosua Barbie should be in her early to mid 20s.

It is not surprising that many of the tributes have describe Akosua's death as too soon.

Meanwhile, rumours have surfaced suggesting that Akosua Barbie died as a result of a curse.

According to an audio which has popped up online, Akosua was cursed for husband-snatching.

In a the audio already published by YEN.com.gh, a lady believed to be Akosua's friend disclosed that she was cursed by a woman for following her husband.

When Akosua's illness started, they tried to get the woman to reverse the curse but she denied placing any curse.

By the time the woman admitted and agreed to reverse the curse, Akosua's situation had gone beyond redemption.
