Junior Agogo's funeral invitation has popped online showing the former Black Stars striker will be cremated in London on September 20, 2019.
Former Black Stars striker Manuel Junior Agogo's funeral details have been announced by the family.
According to the official invitation from the family sighted by YEN.com.gh, Agogo's funeral will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019.
The funeral will start at 2:00 pm with a burial service at St. Marks Church located at 114 Hamilton Terrace in Northwest London.
After the burial service, the family will head to a crematorium to hold a private ceremony to have Agogo's body cremated.
Later in the day, a reception will be held at Palm Hotel in Northwest London to end the funeral.
Junior Agogo died on Thursday, August 22, 2019, exactly three weeks after celebrating his 40th birthday.
As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, Agogo had been battling a stroke for years before his death. The stroke which started in 2015 left Agogo bedridden.
Capped 27 times, Agogo scored seven goals for the Black Stars and will be best remembered for his performance at the 2008 African Cup of Nations hosted in Ghana.
