YEN.com.gh has learnt that pregnant women in three communities in the Greater Accra region are losing their babies as a result of miscarriages.
The people of Manhean, Joma and Nsakina, which are all in the Ga West municipality, are complaining bitterly of the poor nature of their roads.
They are therefore calling on the government to fix the roads as they also cause damage to vehicles.
Myjoyonline.com reports that a heavy downpour on Thursday, September 12, 2019, has caused further damage to a road already filled with potholes.
In other news, a photo of a group of students listening to a teacher has surfaced online and raised issues about schools under trees.
YEN.com.gh understands that the photo was taken in the year 1945 and shows the students seated on grass and listening to the teacher.
Behind the teacher is a blackboard on which something has been sketched to aid the discussions going on.
