Ghanaians react after Duncan Williams reveals Ghana's main political challenge

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, founder and leader of the Action Chapel recently made some comments concerning the spirituality of presidents in Ghana

Speaking to Paul Adom-Otchere on the Good Evening Ghana show on Metro TV on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, the Archbishop said evil spirits were preventing Ghana's presidents from governing well.

He, however, noted that as a spiritual man, he is well aware of this phenomenon and therefore appealed to Ghanaians to pray for presidents so that those evil spirits could be exorcised.

The revered man of God stated that there is a spiritual dimension to leadership and this influences the decisions of leaders and those in authority.

Ghanaians have however reacted to his comments with their varying opinions:

Mana said the Akufo-Addo government cannot mock God.

Peter said it is something that he had observed over time.

Gideon asked what he has done as a religious leader.

In other news, the Ghana Police Service has finally confirmed the death of the four missing Takoradi girls.

In a press conference organised by the Ghana Police service, the Inspector General of Police, James Oppong Boanuh confirmed the fears of the family and the general public.

According to him, the result of the DNA test proved that the skeleton found were that of the missing girls.
