Big Akwes confesses to using ‘juju’ in Kumawood for protection

- He said he stopped because he realised the juju didn’t work for him and he kept wasting money on it

Popularly Kumawood actor Big Akwes has confessed to employing ‘juju’ in his acting career.

According to the actor, he decided to resort to ‘juju’ to protect himself from the ‘juju’ colleagues.

He explained that many of his colleague actors were using ‘juju’ to seek favour and influence in the industry, and so he also followed the crowd.

Big Akwes made this revelation when he appeared as panelist on the McBrown’s United Showbiz aired on UTV.

He revealed that some of his colleague actors and actresses used ‘juju’ to get lead roles, to get favours from producers and directors, as well as to get more fans.

Big Akwes, however, refrained from mentioning names of those colleagues.

The actor said he no longer uses the ‘juju’ because he did not achieve him aim with it in the long run.

According to him, he could not achieve what he wanted to with that and so had to stop it.

Perhaps, the other ‘jujus’ are more powerful and mightier than Big Akwes’ and so he was overpowered.

Meanwhile, the actor has been in the news for registering his displeasure with President Akufo-Addo.

According to him, Akufo-Addo has disappointed Kumawood for failing to fulfill the promises he made before being voted for to become president.

Big Akwes further cursed Akufo-Addo, and said he would not vote for him come 2020.
