Murder of Ashaiman watchmen: Secret CCTV captures criminal

- The nation was hit with shock as it was reported that three men who were on night watch duties at different locations in Ashaiman were murdered with their vital organs removed

- It was suspected that they were killed for ritual purposes

- Reports indicate that the person who committed the atrocious crimes has been caught

- He was captured on a secret security camera on the premises

Information reaching YEN.com.gh indicates that, a secret CCTV camera has captured the image of the person who killed two watchmen at Apsonic Motors and Kasapreko, on Saturday, September 14, 2019.

According to the Chronicle report, a visual image captured by the camera is also believed to be that of the same person who murdered one Joshua, a coconut seller by the Tema-Akosombo road.

Sources close to the The Chronicle said the murderer used concrete blocks to hit the back of the heads of the victims after which he extracted their eyes and tongues.

The Chronicle’s independent investigation reveals that on that fateful night, the dual carriageway in the area where the crime was committed was temporarily blocked by unknown persons, making it impossible for vehicles to ply.

Following the horrifying incident, the police, in the early hours of Monday September, 16 2019, assisted by armed military personnel drawn from the Eastern Naval Command and First Battalion of Infantry descended on suspected criminal hideouts in the Tema Metropolis and Ashaiman Municipality.

In other news, YEN.com.gh reported the death of a pretty level 400 student of the University of Ghana.

Nana Ama collapsed while going to board a bus after closing from lectures. She was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital.

At the time of YEN.com.gh's report, there was little information on the cause of death of Nana Ama except for suggestions that she was pushed while struggling for the bus.

Latest information gathered by YEN.com.gh indicated that the late Nana Ama had told a friend that she was not feeling well moments before her death.

According to reports circulating on social media, Nana Ama complained to her friend that she was feeling some pains and burning sensation in her chest.

The deceased had reportedly stated that she was going to visit a hospital after their lectures but it was not meant to be as she slumped and died not long after class.
