Ga-Dangme is one of the ethnic communities that reside in Ghana. Other ethnic communities in Ghana include Mole-Dagbon, Mande-Busanga, Guan, Gurma, Grusi, among many others. The Ga-Dangme ethnic group is located in the Dangme West and East districts, East Akim municipal, New Juaben municipal, and Fanteukwa. This group can also be tracked down in lower Manya Krobo Yilo Krobo municipal district, upper Manya Krobo, and in the North Tongu district.
It is one of the languages spoken in Ghana. This country is located in the western part of the African continent. It is situated between Togo and Cote d’Ivoire. About 4.3% of Ghana population speak the Dangme language.

Other religious practices that are popular among these indigenous people are Protestants, Roman Catholics, Islamic, non-religious, and independent. About 30% of the ethnic group are protestants, while Roman Catholics - 30% of the total population. Independent religion is practiced by 40% of the Adaŋgbi. Three percent of the Adaŋgbi practice the Islamic religion, while 3% of the same population has been identified to be non-religious.
