Stonebwoy, Ghana's dancehall sensation and CEO of Burniton Music Group has reacted to the public apology of his signee, Kelvynboy following reports of unrest in the camp.
Reports surfaced in the latter part of August 2019 that Kelvynboy had fallen out with Stonebwoy after losing favour apparently due to some disrespectful behaviour.
Weeks after the reports, Kelvynboy decided to render a public apology to his boss while performing on stage.
In a video earlier published by YEN.com.gh, Kelvynboy knelt down on stage and asked fans to help him apologise to Stonebwoy.
A few hours after the video started trending on social media, Stonebwoy has rejected the apology describing it as no apology but an attempt by Kelvynboy to save face after he was exposed for being ungrateful to him (Stoonebwoy).
In an interview with Citi FM's Jesicca on her Traffic Avenue show on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, Stonebwoy indicated the apology was not properly done.
According to him, if Kelvynboy really meant to apologise and not just to look good in public, he would have found him and rendered the apology because none of the people he begged on the stage knew Stonebwoy than Kelvynboy himself.
“Kelvynboy’s apology is just to save his face in public if you ask me; the people he asked to beg me don’t know me more than him. If he wants to apologize to me, he knows where to find me.”
