Kelvyn Boy has been in the news following his sack from Stonebwoy's Burniton Music Group on Wednesday, September 27, 2019.
While there had been rumours of a rift between Stonebwoy and his former protege, the sack letter only indicated that Kelvyn Boy and BMG were parting ways because of the end of his initial contract.

But it is turning out that Kelvyn Boy was booted out basically because he showed disrespect to Stonebwoy.
According to a lady who is close to Stonebwoy like a sister, Kelvyn Boy sent an insulting message to Stonebwoy over an interview the boss granted.
In a video on social media, the lady shared parts of the chat between Stonebwoy and Kelvyn Boy which is believed to have got the latter sacked.
From the message, Kelvyn Boy could be seen expressing his dislike to Stonewboy over some comments he made.
In one of his recent interviews, Stonebwoy had described Kelvyn Boy as ungrateful.
But Kelvyn Boy who felt his boss was tarnishing his image asked Stonebwoy to stop.
"Please don't tarnish my image by saying I'm UNGRATEFUL cos I've never been and will never be. It would be better to let me know exactly what I did wrong so I apologise than to paint me black,," Kelvyn Boy wrote.
Meanwhile, Kelvyn Boy has hit hard a Stonebwoy fan who criticised him for not apologising to the Bhim Nation boss.
In an angry response to the fan's comment, Kelvyn Boy described him as a fool.
