A video of a mad man issuing threats at the premises of a bank has gone viral, YEN.com.gh has learned.

He then threatens to kill anyone who tries to stop him but that does little to change the mind of a police officer walks towards him.

The policeman asks him to drop his weapon but the mad man refuses; he then advances towards the officer.

The policeman then fired a warning shot as he fled but this soon changed as other officers joined in to help restrain the mad man.

A voice is then heard cautioning the police officers to stop shooting and drop their guns because the man is insane.

In other news, YEN.com.gh has learned that Elisha Debrah Odoom, who contested for the just-ended New Patriotic Party (NPP) polls for the Ajumako Enyam Essiam seat in Parliament, has reneged on a promise.

Information available shows that he promised to donate 11 cars to the constituency office of the party if he won the primaries.

10 of the cars were to be distributed to the 10 zones in the constituency and the final one given to the constituency office itself.

He, however, loaded all the vehicles on a trailer and instructed that they should be driven to his residence after he lost the election to Rashid Kwesi Etuaful.
