Michael Nana Baako, a Ghanaian physician based in the United States of America (USA), has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for passport fraud.
Baako, who resides in Fulton, Maryland, would also serve three years of a supervised release for the same crime.
Information available shows that he practiced in hospitals and had his own clinic known as Biazo Healthcare.

Per his plea agreement, it has been gathered that Baako and another person known as R.A.A, lived together in Howard County and are parents of two minor children.
The two married in Ghana in 1995 and Baako legally entered the USA months later after he obtained a visitor’s visa.
YEN.com.gh has learned that Baako has been detained since his arrest on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
In other news, a video of a mad man issuing threats at the premises of a bank has gone viral.
In the video, the mad man is seen holding a megaphone and demanding that all the monies in the bank be given to him.
He then threatens to kill anyone who tries to stop him but that does little to change the mind of a police officer walks towards him.
The policeman asks him to drop his weapon but the mad man refuses; he then advances towards the officer.
The policeman then fired a warning shot as he fled but this soon changed as other officers joined in to help restrain the mad man.
