A young Ghanaian man, identified as Edward Eddybless Frimpong, has caused massive stir on social media following his ''heartfelt'' letter to his 'ghost' lover.

Edward Eddybless Frimpong, who by his letter, affirmed that he was looking for love, inked a message to his unseen lover in ''hope'' and ''anticipation'' that he would find her via his letter.

While most young people tend to use only modern platforms to woo persons they have interest in and perhaps start an intimate relationship with, Edward, chose to combine both the old fashion way of penning letters to one’s lover.

However, unlike those people with real people to whom they write, Edward, wrote to a non-existent person hoping that the person would read and get in touch with him.

He wrote: ''Monday 30th, September, 2019

Dear Love,

Letter to my love

You have no idea how much I miss you. Even though I’m yet to set gaze at you, the single thought of you saturates my whole atmosphere with gladness,'' Edward began to sound home his heartfelt desire for a lover.

He continued: ''Where on earth are you, my one and only darling?

I write this heartfelt letter to you in hope and anticipation of getting the much needed response from you, sweetheart.

I really appreciate God for your life. Please darling, let me hear from you soon.

Your darling,

Edward Eddybless Frimpong.''
