YEN.com.gh has learned that Jessica Nabongo is on record as the first Black woman to have visited every country in the world.
Jessica, an employee of the United Nations, who has become a travel blogger, set out to visit all the countries in the world in the year 2016.
On Sunday, October 6, 2019, she arrived in Seychelles, which was the last country on her list.
Information available shows that she also went to some territories described by the UN as having "non-observer status."
Per a report by myjoyonline.com, Jessica, who holds two passports, was born in Detroit to Ugandan parents.
According to her, she hopes to pave the way for women and people of colour to follow her example.
In a bid to support her penchant for traveling, she started a company known as Jet Black.
Jet Black organizes custom itineraries for small group trips to Africa as well as the sale of travel gear such as branded T-shirts.
